A Prestonfield day is often busy and demanding. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner keep the kitchen and restaurant staff busy, whilst bar and room service run around the clock. There could be meetings or private dining for another 100 guests in our three private dining rooms or banqueting for up to 500 guests in our ballroom. The pace rarely drops!
Prestonfield's bedrooms and suites are often heavily booked, so our porters, receptionists and housekeepers are on the go twenty-four hours a day with check-ins, airport transfers and dozens of guest's requests.
Behind the scenes our maintenance team are work hard to keep all of our equipment and systems running effectively whilst keeping a historic building at five-star standard and the teams in our busy events and reservation offices will handle hundreds of enquiries every week.
