Prestonfield's annual Gala Hogmanay Ball is an unrivalled evening of spectacular food, drink and entertainment set in the velvet and gilt splendour of Prestonfield's circular Stables Ballroom.
Welcome in the New Year in traditional Prestonfield style with a Champagne Reception, pipers, lavish four course dinner and Celtic Cabaret entertainment. A lively ceilidh band will play until the bells at midnight, then a disco will see you back on the floor until 1am.
Prestonfield's Hogmanay Ball is now sold out, but there may still be some tables available at Rhubarb and our sister restaurants, the rooftop Tower and the Witchery by the Castle. All of our Edinburgh restaurants are open throughout the New Year period.

Arran Mustard and whisky-cured salmon, hot-smoked and smoked salmon mousse, lemon jelly, horseradish cream and oatmeal bannocks
Cockburn's of Dingwall award-winning haggis, bashed neeps and champit tatties
Roast fillet of Scottish Borders beef, breaded shin of veal, truffled leeks, crowdie gratin potatoes, glazed sprouts, carrots and shallots, bordelaise sauce
Bitter orange, Lochnagar Malt whisky and shortbread cheesecake, lemon mousse and dark chocolate crystalised ginger ice cream

Prestonfield's Hogmanay Ball is priced at £95 per person and a deposit of £50 is required to secure your reservation for this annual sell-out event. The balance is due by 1 December. Seating is on tables of 10 guests. Dress for this gala night is black tie or traditional tartan.
Prestonfield's acclaimed restaurant, Rhubarb, is also open for reservations on Hogmanay and on New Year's Day.
