The Stuart Room
A theatrical and dramatic venue for memorable private dining and celebrations in an exceptional setting.
If ever there were a room rich, ripe and dissolute then the Stuart may be it, with its dramatic red, black and gilt décor and luxurious furnishings.
This sumptuous private dining or meeting room seats up to 14 guests and is named after the charming portrait of Mary Queen of Scots that still hangs in the room today. It has views to the ruins of Craigmillar castle, where Mary fled after the murder of Rizzio.
A Beau Brummell kaleidoscope of gilt, ormalou and scarlet pinstripe.
