This large and opulent suite takes its name from Winston Churchill who was a regular visitor to Edinburgh and noted bon viveur.
Guests now find every indulgence in this sumptuous suite, from an elegant tapestry-hung tester bed to an atmospheric antique-filled sitting room with luxurious gothic day bed and a colourful collection of militaria. This luxurious five-star suite features views over the parkland to Arthur’s Seat from both the double bedroom and separate sitting room.
The bedroom is chic, with dramatic red walls and a romantic antique four-poster bed hung with red and gold velvets. The bedroom also includes a small seating area and a bespoke media cabinet with 36” plasma TV & DVD
A gothic day bed and a collection of military antiques all ensure that the dramatic red, black and gold separate sittingroom is a memorable location to relax, work or entertain.
Both rooms are fully air-conditioned, have wi-fi and feature media cabinets with large plasma TVs, DVDs and Bose sound systems. The Churchill Suite features two bathrooms; an en-suite and a second guest bathroom lined in marble and red Venetian glass mosaic.
