And the name? Rhubarb? This celebrates the achievemnet of Sir Alexander Dick of Prestonfield who introduced rhubarb to Scotland in the 18th century recieving a medal from the Royal Society for his endeavour. Rhubarb is open daily for lunch from noon until 3pm (last reservation) and dinner from 6pm until 11pm (last rerservation)
