Is there a dedicated space at The Stables for presentations during corporate events?
The Stables is equipped with a fabulously large stage and state-of the art sound and lighting equipment that makes our venue ideal for corporate events such as award ceremonies or gala dinners seating up to 500 guests.
Do you offer assistance with event planning at The Stables?
We are delighted to offer the complimentary services of experienced Wedding and Event Planners. They are highly skilled in planning all the big and small details of your special day/event and will make sure from the moment of your booking to the end of your event, that every single detail is planned to perfection.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We would advise event organisers to contact us as soon as possible once they have a specific date in mind. Many of our events book up to two years in advance.
What catering services do you offer at The Stables?
Event dining at Prestonfield is always a special occasion. Using locally sourced seasonal ingredients, with some grown on-site, our Chefs are dedicated to creating bespoke menus that perfectly complement your individual requirements. All allergens and other dietary requirements can be catered for by our Executive Chef John McMahon by adapting your chosen dishes.
Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?
Prestonfield is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our guests. Our venue offers a variety of facilities to ensure accessibility, such as accessible restrooms and ample parking space. Our staff are on hand to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
What on-site audio/visual equipment is available at The Stables?
The Stables features a full-sized stage, state-of-the-art sound system, and dazzling stage lighting to add sparkle to your event. Our venue comes fully equipped with audio, lighting and video equipment including a large-scale video wall with nine Panasonic screens, a lighting rig operated by our in-house technician, wireless microphones and an audio desk.
