What menu options are available for large parties?
For parties of up to 24 guests, you can select a reduced menu with three choices per course, allowing individual guests to choose their meals on the day. For parties larger than 24 guests, a set menu with one dish per course will be provided for the entire group to ensure smooth service. We are happy to accommodate any guests' dietary requirements—just let us know in advance!
What are the minimum guest requirements for weddings and private dining?
For intimate weddings we require a minimum of 12 guests. For private lunches and dinners we can accommodate from 2 up to 50 guests with no minimum requirements.
What types of group occasions can your dining rooms host?
Our private dining rooms are ideal for group dining experiences, whether it’s a family celebration, a corporate lunch or dinner, or a networking event. Enjoy your meal in the elegant surroundings of our Italian Room, Stuart Room, or Garden Room, each offering a unique and sophisticated atmosphere perfect for any gathering.
More intimate romantic occasions such as a birthday, engagement and anniversary dinners can be enjoyed by couples in the Salon Privee or Rhubarb Restaurant.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
Prestonfield accommodates all dietary requirements and this will be discussed with your event manager while planning your event.
If you have any food allergies, please advise our staff before ordering so we can advise you if your choice of dish includes any key ingredients such as celery, cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seed, soya and sulphur dioxide.
